Overview

Insulated panels, engineered for fast, durable builds

A CabinWala PUF panel is a rigid polyurethane foam core sandwiched between two pre-painted GI steel sheets — the same insulated sandwich panel used to build the walls and roofs of our cabins and sheds.

Each panel is manufactured by cleaning and prepping the metal facing sheets, forming the sandwich under a protective film, and heat-curing it in a controlled chamber before precision-cutting to size. The result is a PUF sandwich panel that's rugged, low-maintenance and resistant to rust, UV and moisture.

Available as wall panels for partitions and cladding, or roof panels for roofing and ceilings, in custom thicknesses to match your insulation and fire-safety needs — manufactured in Jaipur and delivered across Rajasthan and India, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certified quality.
